GT STEEL GROUP(08402.HK)料前三季經調整淨虧207.2萬新元
格隆匯 10 月 30日丨GT STEEL GROUP(08402.HK)公告,基於公司目前可得資料以及董事會對集團截至2020年9月30日止九個月的未經審核綜合管理賬目作出的初步審閲,集團預期錄得經調整淨虧損約為207.2萬新加坡元(不包括公司股份建議從聯交所GEM轉往主板上市("建議轉板上市")的開支約9.9萬新加坡元),而截至2019年9月30日止九個月的經調整淨溢利約559.5萬新加坡元(不包括建議轉板上市開支約71萬新加坡元)。
董事認為,上述經調整淨虧損主要由於(i)爆發傳染性強的新型冠狀病毒病COVID-19("爆發疫情");(ii)新加坡政府為應對爆發疫情實施阻斷措施;及(iii)因爆發疫情集團的外籍勞工需要接受隔離,導致項目延遲或中止,嚴重影響集團的業務及財務業績。
