工信部:允合法合規開展產能置換新建光伏玻璃項目 助行業化解過剩
國家工信部日前對全國人大代表所提光伏玻璃產能置換建議作出答復時表示,允許合法合規開展產能置換新建光伏玻璃項目,不僅有助於行業技術進步和結構調整,而且也有助於推動整個玻璃行業化解過剩產能工作。
報道指,內地平板玻璃是產能過剩的重點行業,此前國務院文件明確,平板玻璃行業嚴禁新上擴大產能項目,確有必要新上的必須實施產能置換,據不同項目情況開展減量或等量置換。
