卡特彼勒第三季少赚55% 胜预期
卡特彼勒(Caterpillar)(CAT.US)第三季盈利倒退55%至6.68亿美元,经摊薄後每股盈利为1.22美元,优於市场预期的1.16美元。收入下跌23%,报98.81亿美元,显示在封锁措施陆续解除後,全球经济复苏缓慢兼且不平衡。
卡特彼勒表示,由於中国经济快速复苏以及北美经济活动改善,推土机等设备的销售下降速度正在放缓,预计本季度的经营溢利亦将按季有所改善,但今年将继续暂停股份回购。
卡特彼勒隔夜股价下跌3.24%,报157.91美元。
