蚂蚁集团IPO完成定价, 马云财富将跃居全球第11位
10月26日晚间，蚂蚁集团发布H股招股说明书，宣布蚂蚁集团本次H股发行价格为80.00港元；香港公开发售时间为2020年10月27日至2020年10月30日；本次发行的H股上市交易日期预计为2020年11月5日。

招股书显示，蚂蚁H股共发行16.7亿股，其中香港公开发售4176.8万股，占H股发行总股数仅2.5%，国际配售约16.29亿股，占97.5%。以每股发行价80港元及每手50股计算，蚂蚁H股入场费约4040.31港元，未行使超额认购权前预计集资1320亿港元。
消息称，在公布定价后1小时，蚂蚁集团H股机构发售部分，已获超额认购。
A股方面，蚂蚁集团最新公告显示，其A股每股发行价为68.8元人民币，未行使超额配售权之前集资额1149.45亿元人民币。集团将在上交所科创板发行16.7亿股A股，会在10月27日进行网上路演，29日进行网上网下申购。中金公司、花旗、摩根大通和摩根士丹利为香港联席保荐人，中金公司和中信建投则牵头上海IPO。
根据招股书，蚂蚁本次集资所得净额的40%提升自主创新和研发能力；40%扩张跨境支付及商家服务；10%用于提升与合作伙伴的合作关系及助力集团合作伙伴的数字化升级；余下10%用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
据以上公开消息测算，蚂蚁集团的IPO规模将超过340亿美元，也将超过去年沙特阿美的290亿美元。如果行使超额配售选择权，蚂蚁可以再筹集51.7亿美元，总市值将达到约3150亿美元。这将是摩根大通的两倍以上，高盛集团的四倍。
此外，在蚂蚁集团IPO完成定价后，该集团联席创始人马云将成为全球第十一大富豪。

根据沪港两市的发行价，马云8.8％的股份价值274亿美元，在彭博亿万富翁指数中，现年56岁的马云财富净值将达到716亿美元，超过甲骨文公司的拉里·埃里森，欧莱雅的女继承人弗朗索瓦斯·贝当古特·迈耶斯，以及拥有沃尔玛的Waltons家族的成员。
媒体评论称，在距美国大选仅有数天之际，这家运行支付宝平台的金融科技巨头全力推动具有里程碑意义的IPO。蚂蚁集团11月5日在香港上市，也就是在11月3日美国大选两天后，如果美国大选有争议或计票有延迟，则有可能引发市场动荡。
