格隆匯10月26日丨南國置業(002305.SZ)公佈,為深入貫徹新冠肺炎疫情防控工作的重要精神,全面落實黨中央、國務院重大決策,共同應對疫情,積極履行社會責任,切實緩解中小微企業商户經營壓力,與中小微企業共渡難關,根據湖北省人民政府辦公廳《關於印發應對新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情支持中小微企業共渡難關有關政策措施的通知》(鄂政辦發〔2020〕5號)、湖北省國資委《省政府國資委關於疫情防控期間減免中小微企業房租有關事項的通知》(鄂國資產權〔2020〕12號)等相關文件,公司第五屆董事會第四次臨時會議審議通過了《關於應對新冠疫情實施減免租金的議案》,對公司湖北省內的產業項目(含寫字樓、產業園等)租金減免優惠,對公司湖北省內、成都市內及北京市內的商業項目包含減免租金、物業管理費等在內的商户扶持方案,不超過1.11億元,具體減免金額以實際執行金額為準。

2020年10月26日,公司召開第五屆董事會第九次臨時會議審議通過了《關於應對新冠疫情針對限制性業態減免租金的議案》,在前述減免方案的基礎上,給予湖北省內、成都市內的商業項目限制性業態包含減免租金、物業管理費等在內的減免方案,減免金額不超過5600萬元,具體減免金額以實際執行金額為準。

公司累計減免租金及相關費用預計不超過1.67億元,當前公司此次減免方案尚在進一步執行之中,最終減免金額以實際執行金額為準,鑑於此次減免實施對公司利潤總額的影響佔2019年經審計的歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤(絕對值)比例較高,且預計對公司2020年利潤總額存在較大影響,公司擬將該議案提交股東大會審議。
