亨得利(03389.HK)擬2500萬港元出售精光堂國際80%權益
格隆匯 10 月 23日丨亨得利(03389.HK)宣佈,於2020年10月23日,公司間接全資附屬公司擬向買方出售目標公司精光堂國際股份80%股權及繳足股本,總代價約為新台幣9,370萬元(相當於約2,500萬港元)。後者主要從事手錶零售。
公告稱,目標公司對集團經銷中高端消費品的貢獻於過去數年不斷減少。作為中高端商品之零售商,目標公司之業務一直以來對經濟環境及消費者信心的變化十分敏感。由於自2019年8月起中國限制發放旅遊簽證,造訪台灣的中國遊客人數大幅減少,因而對目標公司的銷售數額造成影響。此外,今年爆發的Covid-19已對全球零售業造成干擾。儘管各國政府及國際組織已實施一系列措施以遏制疫情,目前仍未能準確評估該等干擾持續的時間及程度。董事對名貴手錶市場的未來並不樂觀。
