《大行報告》大和:阿里(009988.HK)入主高鑫助拓新零售 重申目標價348元
大和發表研報指,阿里(009988.HK)宣布入主高鑫零售(06808.HK),收購完成後阿里連同其關聯方將持有高鑫約72.35%的經濟權益,預期合併財報後阿里上半年收入預計將增長19.8%,調整後盈利則增長1.4%,但由於要等到交易完成財報才會合併,預期對阿里2021財年收入及盈利影響不足10%及0.7%。該行表示,將入主高鑫視為阿里新零售計劃「淘鮮達」的延伸,對阿里予「買入」評級,目標價348元。
