彭博報道,根據聲明,標普全球評級把新浪微博的BBB級外幣長期評級列入負面觀察名單。
說私有化可能導致合併後集團的債務槓桿實質性增大。
如果New Wave同意以22.2億美元收購新浪其餘85.2%的流通股是依賴大幅舉債,則合併後集團的債務與EBITDA之比料將超過1.5倍。
標普計劃在股東表決新浪私有化計劃後得出信用觀察結論。
如果交易完成,評級可能會降低一檔或多檔。
評級展望此前爲穩定。
此前,新浪宣佈收到New Wave發出的每股41美元的私有化要約。
