强生再就美国药瘾诉讼和解金额提高至50亿美元
强生(Johnson&Johnson)(JNJ.US)同意为助长美国鸦片类药瘾案再增加10亿美元的赔偿,希望以50亿美元结束诉讼。
强生去年10月与州检察长达成的40亿美元和解框架,在协议下药品分销商McKesson(MCK.US)、Cardinal Health(CAH.US)及AmerisourceBergen (ABC.US)将共同支付180亿美元,但和解协议遭到部分州及地方政府的反对。
地方政府代表律师表示,对强生最新的和解金额感到非常满意。
