格隆匯 10 月 13日丨京漢股份(000615.SZ)披露2020年前三季度業績預告,預計前三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損8500萬元-1.05億元,上年同期虧損4263.77萬元;其中,預計第三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8000萬元-1.05億元,上年同期虧損4599.86萬元。業績變動原因如下:
1、公司房地產板塊鳳凰城項目2020年第三季度部分住宅達到竣工備案條件,確認營業收入10.08億元,受該項目影響,公司第三季度當季實現盈利。
2、公司化纖板塊全力推進復工復產,但報告期內開工時間同比減少,導致訂單完成量較去年同期減少。同時由於疫情影響,資金回籠減慢,公司貸款較去年同期增加,導致利息支出增加。
