義合控股(01662.HK)附屬攜手青島海洋生物醫藥研究院於生物製藥行業開展合作
格隆匯 10 月 8日丨義合控股(01662.HK)公告，於2020年10月8日，公司非全資附屬公司深圳華大海洋科技有限公司("華大海洋")與青島海洋生物醫藥研究院股份有限公司("青島海洋生物醫藥研究院")訂立了一份不具法律約束力的戰略合作框架協議，內容有關建立長期戰略合作伙伴關係，利用雙方各自建立的專業業務團隊、平台和市場優勢，於生物製藥行業協力發展。
框架協議主要內容：華大海洋與青島海洋生物醫藥研究院基於雙方各自建立的專業業務團隊、技術平台和市場的優勢，發揮各自優勢：
1.在深圳建設(海洋)生物醫藥產品技術研發平台，合作研發新技術新產品和進行成果轉化。2.華大海洋提供科研場地、設施條件等支援，青島海洋生物醫藥研究院支援院士、高端人才和核心技術等，並對華大海洋產業發展論壇、相關資質機構申報等給以支援，積極開展科技研發合作，共同申報科研項目、課題。
3.華大海洋在資本、管道、市場方面提供支撐，青島海洋生物醫藥研究院在技術、人才、項目方面提供支撐，並支援華大海洋優先對青島海洋生物醫藥研究院技術成果及雙方合作技術成果進行開發轉化，積極開展委託開發、合作開發等轉化項目的合作。
有關框架協議合作期限為5年。
青島海洋生物醫藥研究院於2013年7月註冊創立，是由中國海洋大學在國家海洋藥物工程技術研究中心和海大醫藥學院的基礎上創辦的海洋藥物協同創新基地(平台)。青島海洋生物醫藥研究院重點從事海洋生物醫藥領域的科學研究及科技開發主導下的各種技術轉讓、諮詢與服務，致力於加速海洋科技成果熟化開發和技術轉移轉化，支撐、引領海洋生物醫藥行業的科技創新，推進海洋生物醫藥產業的快速發展。
華大海洋一直致力於專注水生生物的研究和產業化開發。華大海洋麪向全球不斷蒐集水生生物的樣本、數據資源，並從不同階段及不同深度的海洋領域挖掘出一系列具有廣泛應用價值的海洋生物資源。隨着"海洋強國"戰略及"藍色藥庫"計劃的提出，華大海洋逐漸從水產新品種育種開發擴大經營範圍致海洋功能製品及海洋創新藥的研發。
華大海洋已經積累了大量有關海洋生物遺傳信息與生物活性的開發利用的數據，同時計劃利用基因改造進行生物合成探索，為解決藥源瓶頸提供新的方案，為海洋藥物的開發利用提供了深厚的科研基礎。展望未來，集團將繼續本集團的策略性戰略，與國內、國際專業領域的科學家進行新產業發展研究和合作。
於2020年9月7日，華大海洋亦與深圳華大生命科學研究院("華大研究院")訂立了一份不具法律約束力的戰略合作框架協議，內容有關建立長期戰略合作伙伴關係，利用基因技術推動海洋科技創新與產業發展，是次與青島海洋生物醫藥研究院戰略合作，作為公司前於2019/20年報披露的多元化集團的業務範圍並擴大收入基礎的策略性戰略的其中一部份，將有助華大海洋結合相關專利以及華大研究院多年以來所累積的強大基因組學領域數據庫，將有助於加快海洋生物基因數據及製藥應用的產業化速度，加快生產出精準生物藥品，有利於本集團于海洋生態業務包括海洋生物製藥領域的發展。
