新世界(00017.HK)郑志刚:料集团线上新渠道销售占比持续增长
新世界(00017.HK)副主席兼行政总裁郑志刚在网上会议上表示,旗下商场K11 MUSEA的第二季营业额按季反弹35%,第三季则录60%升幅。他透露集团在疫情初期很快推出「智慧零售」策略,包括直播、线上店铺等,并利用AI数据将资讯精准推送予顾客。
他指出,过去一年都有向面对较大压力的商户减租,减租的百分比要视乎个别情况,在减租的同时亦会为它们创造销售。他透露,在短短数月内线上新渠道的销售占集团香港总零售额15%,相信会继续增加。
