山東黃金(600547.SH):子公司擬向關聯方借款不超5000萬美元
格隆匯 9 月 30日丨山東黃金(600547.SH)公佈,為滿足山東黃金礦業股份有限公司全資子公司山東黃金礦業(香港)有限公司(“山東黃金香港公司”)流動資金需求,山東黃金香港公司擬向關聯方山東黃金金控集團(香港)有限公司借款不超過5000萬美元。合同項下的貸款期限為:自提款日起三個月。借款人可提前還款,期滿借款人也可申請一次3個月展期。借款費用:安排費:該借款的0.5%,於提款金額中扣除或於貸款到期日支付;利息:年化4.5%,於貸款到期日結算支付,一併還本付息。
