華建集團(600629.SH):上海市國資委向上海市財政局無償劃轉現代設計集團10%股權
格隆匯9月30日丨華建集團(600629.SH)公佈,近日,公司收到控股股東現代設計集團通知,根據《關於劃轉上海現代建築設計(集團)有限公司部分國有資本有關事項的通知》,上海市國資委將其持有的現代設計集團10%股權無償劃轉給上海市財政局。
本次國有股權劃轉後,上海市國資委和上海市財政局分別持有現代設計集團90%股權和10%股權。本次國有股權劃轉不會導致公司控股股東、實際控制人發生變更。現代設計集團仍為公司控股股東,上海市國資委仍為公司實際控制人。
