友邦(01299.HK)与澳洲联邦银行就收购寿险业务订约束力文件
友邦(01299.HK)早前公布拟收购澳洲联邦银行於澳洲之人寿保险业务,公司公布,友邦保险与澳洲联邦银行已订立具约束力文件,澳洲联邦银行透过The Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Limited(CMLA)进行之人寿保险保单组合转让予AIA Australia Limited,作为友邦保险拟议收购澳洲联邦银行於澳洲之人寿保险业务的交割之替代方式及结构。
保单组合转让将根据澳洲1995年人寿保险联邦法案第9部项下之计划之方式进行,并须取得澳洲审慎监管局、澳洲财政部长批准及澳洲联邦法院确认。
