工信部:新能源车补贴退坡对市场影属暂时性
据《央视新闻》引述国家工信部相关负责人在「2020世界新能源汽车大会」闭幕时表示,新能源车补贴退坡对市场影响是暂时的,7月以来月销量已实现按年正增长,已恢复到每单月10万辆的消费水平。
该负责人指,受补贴退坡等因素影响,2019年中国新能源汽车销量实现120.6万辆,按年跌4%,新能源汽车只是在经历高速增长後出现的阶段性下滑,消费者对新能源汽车总体还是持欢迎态度的。随着动力电池技术的进步和充换电基础设施建设的完善,新能源汽车的发展优势将更加明显。
