中國生物科技服務(08037.HK)與中國疾病預防控制中心訂立2019新型冠狀病毒基因工程重組候選疫苗細胞株技術轉讓協議
格隆匯 9 月 29日丨中國生物科技服務(08037.HK)公告，公司一間間接全資附屬公司深圳金領域生物技術服務有限公司("深圳金領域")已與中國疾病預防控制中心病毒病預防控制所訂立2019新型冠狀病毒基因工程重組候選疫苗細胞株("基因工程重組候選疫苗細胞株")技術轉讓協議("技術轉讓協議")，協定約定中國疾病預防控制中心病毒病預防控制所將其將其擁有的新型冠狀病毒肺炎(COVID-19)基因工程重組候選疫苗細胞株專案的技術祕密的使用權、開發權、申報註冊權和轉讓權(使用權、轉讓權)轉讓給深圳金領域。
深圳金領域有權繼續開發、轉讓、評估、註冊申報、進行臨牀試驗。深圳金領域有權獨自實施、委託其他實體或與其他實體聯合實施臨牀研究和生產和銷售該疫苗產品。該基因工程重組候選疫苗細胞株用於預防2019新型冠狀病毒，並已經展開動物實驗及藥效試驗，其可接受性良好，沒有任何副反應。
深圳金領域已經完成了該疫苗的全球專利註冊。該項研究成果目前已經在國際上公開發表。該疫苗屬於基因工程亞單位疫苗，刪除了新冠病毒的有害基因，是目前正在研發中疫苗較安全的品種。其可以通過基因工程的方法進行工業化生產，可以在普通GMP製藥車間生產，沒有培養病毒的生物安全危險。具有產能高，成低，使用安全的特點。該疫苗年產量可以達到二十億人份以上，成是現有品種的四分之一。
該基因工程重組候選疫苗細胞株由畢勝利教授("畢教授")、高福院士、蘇秋東博士，武桂珍研究員等團隊研發。彼等有多年及豐富的研究經驗。畢教授現任中國疾病預防控制中心病毒病所肝炎室主任。
一九八四年畢業於同濟醫科大學，一九八九年畢業於中國預防學科學院病毒學研究所，一九八九年至一九九三年應美國疾病預防控制中心邀請，進行後研究工作。在此期間測定了全世界第一株人類戊型肝炎病毒基因序列，同期完成中國第一株丙型肝炎病毒全基因測序與克降工作。
自一九九三年起，畢先後擔任中國重大科技專項、"十一五"、"十二五"和"十三五"科技攻關、科技部傳染病應急專項、北京市傳染病應急專項等科題負責從事病毒學研究三十年來，先後獲得國家科技進步二等獎兩項，衞生部科技進步一等獎兩項，北京市科技進步一等獎一項，並獲中國青年科學家獎和衞生部突出貢獻專家稱號。公司將邀請畢教授及其團隊擔任該疫苗項目的科學家團隊。
