孟晚舟再就引渡案加國出庭 律師稱引渡要求存缺陷
據《路透》報道,在加拿大卑詩省最高法院對中國電訊設備製造商華為副董事長孟晚舟引渡至美國的案件再開庭聆訊,孟晚舟相隔數月以後再次親自到庭,今次聆訊估計為期5日,孟晚舟律師團隊的主要目標,是指出美方的引渡要求存在缺陷,稱遺漏關鍵證據,而孟晚舟曾利用文件向匯豐銀行表明華為與伊朗的業務往來不存在刻意隱瞞,但美方要求加拿大拘捕孟晚舟時,只向加國政府提交部分文件指存誤導。(wl/k)
