歐普康視(300595.SZ)：歐普投資持青島澤嘉生物51%的股權
格隆匯 9 月 28日丨歐普康視(300595.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司歐普康視投資有限公司(“歐普投資”)為拓展公司區域業務佈局，於2020年8月31日與史建俊、肖淑娟在安徽省合肥市簽訂了《歐普康視投資有限公司與史建俊、肖淑娟關於青島澤嘉生物技術有限公司之投資合作協議》。歐普投資以自有資金2369.94萬元人民幣以受讓股權及增資擴股的方式投資於青島澤嘉生物技術有限公司(“青島澤嘉”)。此次投資完成後，歐普投資持有青島澤嘉51%股權。
近日，青島澤嘉完成了工商變更手續，取得了由青島市市南區行政審批服務局印發的變更後的《營業執照》,歐普康視投資有限公司持其股權比例51%；其經營範圍：生物技術研發；銷售：眼鏡，電子產品，辦公用品。醫療設備維修；。銷售：三類：6846植入材料和人工器官、6877介入器材；二、三類：6822醫用光學器具、儀器及內窺鏡設備、6822-1塑性角膜接觸鏡及護理用液、6840臨牀檢驗分析儀器(體外診斷試劑除外)、6810矯形外科(骨科)手術器材、6821醫用電子儀器設備、6824醫用激光儀器設備、6825醫用高頻儀器設備、6826物理治療及康復設備、6828醫用磁共振設備、6830醫用X射線設備、6845體外循環及血液處理設備、6854手術室、急救室、診療室設備及器具、6864醫用衞生材料及敷料、6865醫用縫合材料及粘合劑、6870軟件；二類：6801基礎外科手術器械、6803神經外科手術器械、6804眼科手術器械、6807胸腔心血管外科手術器械、6831醫用X射線附屬設備及部件、6841醫用化驗和基礎設備器具、6855口腔科設備及器具、6856病房護理設備及器具、6857消毒和滅菌設備及器具(醫療器械經營企業許可證有效期限以許可證為準)；眼科診所(分支機構經營)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批準後方可開展經營活動)
