齊合環保(00976.HK)注資2,500萬人幣成立回收合營
齊合環保(00976.HK)公布,全資附屬公司Scholz與宏橋訂立合作協議,將於山東省濱州市成立合營企業,註冊資本為5,000萬元人民幣(下同)。根據合作協議的條款,Scholz將向合營企業注資2,500萬元,並持有合營企業之25%權益,待若干共同協定目標達成後,其所持權益百分比將增加至最多49%。
公司表示,合營企業將設計及營運位於濱州市的新循環產業園,預計每年回收超過20萬噸鋁及5萬輛報廢機動車。
