順豐控股(002352.SZ)：物流地產基金目標規模為21億元人民幣的等值美元
格隆匯 9 月 25日丨順豐控股(002352.SZ)公佈，近日，公司子公司Prosperity Sino Limited (“順華有限公司”，“順華有限”)簽署《Amended and Restated Exempted Limited Partnership Agreement OfCC SF China Logistics Properties Investment Fund, L.P.》(“合夥協議”)，公司子公司Patriot Success Limited (“Patriot Success”)及Abundant Harvest Investments Limited (“Abundant Harvest”)簽署《CC SF China Logistics Properties Investment Fund, L.P.(aCayman Islands exempted limited partnership) Subscription Agreement》(“認購協議”)。
根據合夥協議及認購協議，物流地產基金目標規模為21億元人民幣的等值美元，公司子公司Patriot Success及Abundant Harvest擬合計以自有資金5.25億元人民幣的等值美元認購基金有限合夥人及績效收益合夥人份額，合計投資金額佔基金目標規模的25%；中信資本子公司Infinite Benefits及其他附屬企業擬合計以自有資金1.05億元人民幣的等值美元認購基金份額，合計投資金額佔基金目標規模的5%。
Reco Aquamarine Private Limited (“Reco”)擬以自有資金14.7億元人民幣的等值美元認購基金有限合夥人份額，投資金額佔基金目標規模的70%。
此次公司的全資子公司參與設立物流地產基金符合公司發展戰略，有利於促進公司物流地產產業的健康發展，整合優勢資源，促進公司達到產業經營與資本經營的良性互動，以有限的自有資源投入撬動更大資源，更好支持物流主業發展對場地資源需求，且能夠降低上市公司資產負債率，提升公司的核心競爭力。
