新股配售 | 明源雲一手中籤率10%，公開認購644.25倍，國配45倍，有綠鞋
uSMART友信智投9月24日消息，明源雲集團控股有限公司 (00909)發佈《發售價及配發結果公告》。從配售結果看，有以下兩點小結：
1）國配火爆：認購倍數約45倍，爲近期的top3（歐康維視生物：76倍，農夫山泉：60倍）。國配的前五大承配人均爲基石成員，鎖定26.85%的發行股份(假設超額配股權獲悉數行使）。最大承配人是基石高瓴資本，鎖定9.39%股份，市值約6.66億港元。
2）乙組擁擠：有接近43萬人申購明源雲，其中乙組申購人數高達1.71萬，乙組認購倍數高達958.66倍，是甲組的三倍。乙組擁擠，稀釋了中籤率，乙頭僅獲配2手。
【配售簡況】
1、發售價：16.5港元，爲招股價區間的上限
2、每手股數：1000股，一手市值16500港元
3、有效申購人數：428,936名（甲組：411,831名，乙組：17,105名）
4、中籤情況：一手中籤率10%，申購150手穩中1手，甲尾穩1爭2，乙頭穩中2手，頂頭槌穩中43手
5、公開認購情況：認購倍數約644.25倍（甲組：329.84倍，乙組：958.66倍）
6、回撥情況：最大比例回撥，公開佔比從10%提升至37%，國配比例降至63%
7、國際發售：認購約45倍，合共483名承配人，高瓴資本系最大承配人
8、基石投資者（6名）：高瓴、GIC、國調基金、紅杉、貝萊德、富達合共鎖定30.1%股份(假設超額配股權獲悉數行使），禁售期6個月
9、關聯客戶（6名）：上海申九資管、CICC Grandeur、博時國際、廣發基金管理、富國基金、富國資管，合共鎖定0.413%的發行股份(假設超額配股權獲悉數行使）
10、超額配股權：超額分配56,130,000股發售股份，有綠鞋
11、穩定價格操作人：中金，穩價結束日爲2020年10月18日
