传摩通因应英国脱欧将2,000亿欧元资产转移到德国
据《彭博》报道,摩通(JPM.US)因应英国脱离欧盟,计划於今年底前将2,000亿欧元资产由英国转移到位於德国法兰克福的子公司。
上述被转移的资产占摩通总资产负债表接近一成,完成後摩通於当地的子公司将成为德国第6大银行。
目前距离英国结束脱欧过渡期只剩下不到4个月的时间,但英国银行业能否保住欧盟单一市场准入仍然存在不确定性。据悉,摩通上周将约200名伦敦员工派驻巴黎、法兰克福、米兰及马德里。
目前摩通已於巴黎、阿姆斯特丹及哥本哈根等欧洲枢纽注册分支机构,并由法兰克福子公司管理。摩通目标将法兰克福子公司於今年底的核心股本扩大逾两倍至167亿欧元。
