东亚(00023.HK)初段曾挫11%创近四个月低 大摩指基本面具挑战降级至「与大市同步」
东亚银行(00023.HK)昨日(23日)宣布完成业务策略性检讨,启动出售东亚人寿流程。该股今早(24日)低开2.4%後,早市跌幅急扩,曾挫11.2%,低见14.1元,创6月1日以来近四个月盘中低位,届今早约10时正,报14.32元,跌9.8%,成交132.3万股,涉逾1,926万元。
该行称,出售事项可改善其财务状况并使管理团队专注於其香港及内地的银行核心业务,并得到股东Elliott Management Corporation的支持。
摩根士丹利发表研究报告,指市场及大摩对东亚有更大期望,东亚需要更加努力去创造价值;另东亚银行不确定性未除,基本面仍具挑战,大摩下调其投资评级,由「增持」降至「与大市同步」,目标价由23元降至16元。
