格隆匯 9 月 23日丨世華科技(688093.SH)公告，保薦機構(主承銷商)根據本次戰略投資者繳款情況，以及上海證券交易所和中國結算上海分公司提供的數據，對本次戰略配售、網上、網下發行的新股認購情況進行了統計，結果如下：
1、戰略配售情況：
本次發行的戰略配售為保薦機構相關子公司跟投，跟投機構為華泰創新投資有限公司(以下簡稱“華泰創新”)，此外無其他戰略投資者安排。
截至2020年9月15日(T-3日)，全部戰略投資者均已足額按時繳納認購資金。
保薦機構(主承銷商)將在2020年9月24日(T+4日)之前將超額繳款部分依據原路徑退回。綜上，本次發行最終戰略配售結果如下：

(1)網上投資者繳款認購的股份數量(股)：16,317,302
(2)網上投資者繳款認購的金額(元)：286,368,650.10
(3)網上投資者放棄認購數量(股)：22,698
(4)網上投資者放棄認購金額(元)：398,349.90
3、網下新股認購情況
(1)網下投資者繳款認購的股份數量(股)：24,510,000
(2)網下投資者繳款認購的金額(元)：430,150,500.00
(3)網下投資者繳納的新股配售經紀佣金(元)：2,150,747.91
(4)網下投資者放棄認購數量(股)：0
(5)網下投資者放棄認購金額(元)：0.00
網上、網下投資者放棄認購股數全部由保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷，保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷股份的數量為22698股，包銷金額為398349.90元，包銷股份的數量佔扣除最終戰略配售後的發行數量的比例為0.0556%，包銷股份的數量佔總的發行數量的比例為0.0528%。
2020年9月24日(T+4日)，保薦機構(主承銷商)將依據保薦協議與承銷協議的約定將餘股包銷資金、戰略配售與網下、網上發行募集資金扣除保薦承銷費及新股配售經紀佣金後一起劃給發行人。發行人將向中國結算上海分公司提交股份登記申請，將包銷股份登記至保薦機構(主承銷商)指定證券賬户。
