澳洲成峯高教(01752.HK)：年度營收同比增長17.0%，經調整淨利同比升42.7%
格隆匯 9 月 22日丨澳洲成峯高教(01752.HK)公佈，截至2020年6月30日止年度，公司收益為3044萬澳元，同比增長16.99%；毛利為1544.4萬澳元，同比增長17.19%；公司擁有人應占年度溢利為435.5萬澳元，年度經調整淨利潤為590.8萬澳元，同比增長42.74%；每股基本盈利0.176澳分，末期息每股0.3港仙。
公告稱，收益增加主要由於收購SCOTS(其財務業績已於收購完成後綜合入賬至集團)及與2019年同期相比，集團的研究生課程及非學歷課程的招生人數擴大。學費佔集團收益的93.1%以上，而境外服務費約佔收益的6.9%。
澳洲成峯高教集團有限公司(“TOP”)為澳洲主要一流私立高等教育機構之一，TOP已在全國高等教育質量與標準署註冊，並於2018年5月亦獲高等教育質量與標準署批准於管理和商業領域課程的自我學位審核權，涵蓋澳洲學歷資格框架5級至9級水平(包括學士及碩士學位課程)。於該領域，TOP的商學院為本科生及研究生提供優質課程。有關課程亦由主要專業機構如英國特許公認會計師公會、澳洲會計師公會以及澳洲及新西蘭特許會計師公會認證。公司創造了歷史，因為於高等教育質量與標準署及NSW LPAB官方認證其法律學位課程時，其在私立高等教育機構中創立了第一所法學院。截至2020年6月30日，公司有1,292名EFTSL學生修讀36門課程，課程範圍包括學歷及非學歷學習。
為符合TOP提供高等教育的核心領域及戰略發展目標，於報告期間，TOP已於澳洲和中國的相關監管機構完成註冊新商業名稱為IMC的相關程序。IMC於註冊名稱後繼續延用JSJ名單認證。迄今為止，TOP乃中國教育部JSJ名單上所列的唯一一所私立高等教育機構，作為42家獲推薦澳洲大學及高等教育機構之一。
於2016年5月，普華永道代名人(作為澳洲普華永道的代名人)作為股東投資於TOP。澳洲普華永道與TOP簽訂了一份聯盟協議，於2023年3月31日屆滿。屆滿前，雙方可協定將聯盟協議的期限再延長一段時間，亦可於延長期間修改其條款。根據聯盟協議，澳洲普華永道同意提供多項服務協助拓展公司於澳洲的學術課程及項目。
