瑞港建設(06816.HK)擬收購股權擴展現有建築業務
格隆匯 9 月 22日丨瑞港建設(06816.HK)發佈公告,2020年9月22日,公司間接非全資附屬公司青島東捷建設工程有限公司(作為潛在買方)與一名潛在賣方訂立諒解備忘錄。根據諒解備忘錄,青島東捷擬收購而潛在賣方擬出售一間在中國成立的目標公司的34.00%股權。於諒解備忘錄日期,潛在賣方持有目標公司約82.80%股權。
公告稱,訂立諒解備忘錄以探索建議收購事項的可能性符合公司利益,原因為其可讓集團藉助目標公司的建造能力(如幕牆及門窗的設計、生產及安裝)以擴展其現有的建築業務。
