京东健康确认赴港上市 IPO时间取决于市场条件
继京东数科后，京东健康亦确认于年内上市。9月21日晚间，京东集团发布公告称，公司旗下子公司京东健康正式启动赴港上市工作，但未披露IPO融资金额，并表示分拆上市的具体时间将取决于市场条件和其他因素。
公开资料显示，京东健康于2019年5月10日正式宣布独立运营。同年7月17日，京东集团宣布集团副总裁、京东零售生活服务事业群总裁辛利军担任京东健康CEO，全面负责京东健康的战略、管理、业务发展等工作；京东零售集团轮值CEO徐雷担任京东健康董事长。
目前京东健康的主营业务范围涉及了医药电商、互联网医疗、智慧医院解决方案等业务，并打造了京东大药房、京东互联网医院、智慧医院、京东家医等核心产品和子品牌。其中， “京东互联网医院”是国内首批取得互联网医院牌照的平台型互联网医院之一，已入驻超6万名医生。
实际上，京东健康早已明确透露出有IPO计划。2019年7月，京东集团副总裁、京东健康CEO辛利军曾透露：“京东健康什么时候上市，我们还没有时间表，但肯定会（上市）的。”此后一年间，京东健康加速发展，成为京东旗下以及互联网医疗赛道中，估值飙升最快的独角兽公司之一。
京东今年在香港二次上市时，其招股书已披露称京东将继续探索不同业务的持续融资需求，并可能在三年期间内考虑将一项或多项相关业务于香港联交所分拆上市。
值得一提的是，疫情汹汹袭来，让线上医疗在今年上半年得到了快速发展。，京东健康的在线诊疗业务新冠肺炎疫情期间呈现爆发趋势。数据显示，从1月26日至3月1日，京东健康免费问诊平台在线日均问诊量最高达15万单，累计服务用户数量超过350万。
目前，“京东大药房”已成为全国收入规模最大的零售药房；第三方药品批发交易平台“药京采”，自上线以来一直保持高速增长，下游采购商家超过13.5万家，是国内规模最大的第三方药品批发平台之一。
从疫情后的首个购物节618来看，京东大药房慢病用药成交额同比增长270%，跨境药品日均成交额增长20倍，O2O购药服务“京东药急送”成交额是去年同期的492倍。
随着京东健康的快速快速发展，其在融资方面也不断传出新消息。2019年年11月，京东健康宣布成功完成A轮优先股融资，投后估值约70亿美元；京东今年第二季度财报披露，8月17日，京东健康与高瓴资本就京东健康B轮不可赎回优先股融资签订了最终协议，高瓴资本预期投资额超过8.3亿美元，京东健康投后估值达到300亿美元，交割预计将于2020年第三季度完成。
京东在财报中表示，借助高瓴资本的行业经验和资源，京东健康将继续加强其药品供应链实力，并进一步在医疗健康领域探索更多的业务机会。
一直以来，京东数科和京东物流、京东零售并称为京东的“三驾马车”，如今，京东健康有望成为京东的第四驾马车。
