腾讯(00700.HK)旗下Supercell侵权案败诉 需向Gree赔850万美元
据外电报道,腾讯(00700.HK)旗下Supercell在版权案中获判败诉,要向日本游戏开发商Gree支付850万美元,而陪审团亦认为公司有意侵权。
Gree指控Supercell游戏《部落冲突》、《部落冲突:皇室战争》及《荒野乱斗》均侵犯了公司版权,包括是於智能手机上控制及展示已下载游戏的方式、游戏付费控制及用户转移物品等,另外亦涉及多人手游的视觉特效等。Supercell否认有使用其技术,并指相关版权并不存在,但陪审团不接纳其理据。
