消息指歐央行討論恢復銀行派息
據《彭博》引述消息人士報道,歐洲央行官員正研究是否應該繼續禁止銀行派息,因有多名官員認為,再延長禁止派息將是弊多於利,央行或在明年初容許銀行業恢復派息。
消息指央行官員討論是否應該容許資本充足、有能力支付股息的銀行恢復派息,將會參考經濟數據、銀行貸款表現,以及銀行預留的額外資金水平等多項指標,再決定是否容許區內銀行股恢復派股息。
今年初歐洲央行禁止大型銀行派息的禁令於當時獲得監事會的一致批准,不過消息人士指出,各方取態開始動搖,德國將在第四季度允許規模較小的銀行,只要具備一定的財務實力,就可恢復股息。
