順灝股份(002565.SZ)擬480萬元出售黑龍江順灝生物100%股權
格隆匯9月18日丨順灝股份(002565.SZ)公佈,2020年9月18日,公司(以下簡稱“公司”或“甲方”)與通河縣明宇新型環保建材有限公司(以下簡稱“受讓方”或“乙方”)簽訂了《股權轉讓協議》,將公司所持全資子公司黑龍江順灝生物科技發展有限公司(以下簡稱“目標公司”)100%股權轉讓給受讓方,受讓方願意受讓公司持有的目標公司的全部股權,股權轉讓價格為人民幣480萬元。交易完成後受讓方將持有目標公司100%股權,目標公司不再納入公司合併報表範圍。
