準油股份(002207.SZ)：公司尚未開展與可燃冰相關的任何業務
格隆匯 9 月 17日丨準油股份(002207.SZ)公佈，公司股票交易價格在2020年9月15日、16日、17日連續3個交易日內收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計超過20%。根據《深圳證券交易所交易規則》等有關規定，屬於股票交易異常波動。
公司未發現近期公共傳媒報道可能或已經對公司股票交易價格產生較大影響的未公開重大信息。公司進行輿情監測時發現有媒體報道將公司股票價格上漲與“可燃冰板塊表現活躍”相關聯，但截止目前公司尚未開展與可燃冰相關的任何業務。
2020年8月27日，公司在2020年半年度報告中披露：受疫情和油價下跌雙重影響，公司主要客户實施控本增效措施，第二季度公司業務經營正常開展後，實際業務工作量、結算價格均受到一定影響，第二季度收入較去年同期亦有所下降。營業成本中，固定成本(包括人工成本、折舊等)佔比較大，無法與收入同比例下降；同時增加了疫情防控開支，導致公司2020年上半年收入同比下降、虧損同比增加。除此之外，公司經營情況及內外部經營環境未發生重大變化。
根據前期公司在定期報告中披露的未來發展戰略、面臨的風險及應對措施等信息：公司的主營業務是石油技術服務及相關的配套服務，主要客户是中石油、中石化在新疆的四大油田公司，市場區域及客户高度集中，如果目標市場的環境發生較大變化，將對公司發展產生不利影響。進入2020年，受疫情和原油價格低迷雙重影響，公司主要客户採取了一系列控本增效措施，主營業務面臨前所未有的經營壓力。為此，公司一直在積極尋求向科技型、高附加值、市場需求穩定並有市場發展前景的業務拓展，尋找質地優良的同業企業進行深度合作，實現主營業務的技術升級，提升競爭能力，同時尋找可支撐公司長期發展的優質項目，以應對產業單一、客户集中的風險。公司將根據相關事項進展，履行內部決策程序、並及時履行信息披露義務。
