景興紙業(002067.SZ)：子公司擬2000萬元參與投資容騰創投基金
格隆匯 9 月 16日丨景興紙業(002067.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年9月16日召開六屆董事會三十次會議，審議通過了《關於認購浙江容騰創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)基金份額的議案》，同意公司全資子公司上海景興實業投資有限公司以自有資金人民幣2000萬元認購浙江容騰創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“容騰創投基金”)基金份額2000萬元，以認繳的出資額為限對容騰創投基金的債務承擔責任。
容騰創投基金是由普通合夥人浙江容億投資管理有限公司會同社會資本、浙江省產業基金有限公司、杭州戰略新興產業投資有限公司、杭州蕭山產業基金有限公司、杭州蕭山錢江世紀城股權投資有限責任公司共同出資組建5G產業基金。該基金圍繞數字經濟發展重點領域和產業佈局，重點投資集成電路、通信網絡、新型顯示、關鍵元器件及材料、雲計算、大數據、物聯網、人工智能及產業數字化等領域基礎性、戰略性和前瞻性重大產業化項目，專注於向5G上中下游產業鏈上具備技術和市場優勢的龍頭創新創業企業及其它具有發展潛力的高價值創新創業企業投資，投資項目主要通過併購或獨立IPO方式退出，使合夥人獲得滿意的經濟回報。容騰創投基金總規模不超過12億元人民幣，一期10億元已於2020年2月完成募集，二期將募集2億元。基金協會備案號為SJR786。
截至公告出具日，該基金已經完成了江西江南新材料科技有限公司、杭州本鬆新材料技術股份有限公司、寧波視控汽車電子有限公司、南通至晟微電子技術有限公司、皚壹智能汽車科技(嘉興)有限公司、杭州天闕科技有限公司等項目的投資，其中杭州本鬆新材料技術股份有限公司已經向浙江證監局申請IPO輔導備案。
為推進產業與資本的有效融合，通過財務投資分享新興產業的成長，提高投資收益，全資子公司上海景興實業投資有限公司擬參與投資容騰創投基金，認繳基金份額2000萬元人民幣，成為其有限合夥人。
