可立克(002782.SZ):控股股東及5%以上股東持股比例被動稀釋
格隆匯9月15日丨可立克(002782.SZ)公佈,近日公司非公開發行了4273.42萬股人民幣普通股(A股),將於2020年9月16日在深圳證券交易所上市,公司總股本將由4.26億股增至4.69億股。公司控股股東盛妍管理及持股5%以上股東可立克科技有限公司(以下簡稱“可立克科技”)在持股數量不變的情況下持有公司股份的比例變動將超過1%。
盛妍管理持股比例減少3.24%,當前持股比例32.32%;可立克科技持股比例減少3.09%,當前持股比例30.86%。
