*ST康盛(002418.SZ)：陳漢康及一致行動人浙江潤成所持9018.77萬股被司法拍賣 持股比例將減至13.29%
格隆匯 9 月 11日丨*ST康盛(002418.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年9月3日披露了《關於股東所持部分股份將被司法拍賣的提示性公告》，公司股東陳漢康持有的4495.0712萬股公司股票及其一致行動人浙江潤成控股集團有限公司(以下簡稱“浙江潤成”)持有的4523.6994萬股公司股票，將於2020年9月10日10時至2020年9月11日10時止(延時的除外)在淘寶網司法拍賣網絡平台上進行公開拍賣。上述兩筆股權拍賣已按期進行，現將拍賣的競價結果公告如下：
一、本次司法拍賣的結果
根據淘寶網司法拍賣網絡平台上公示的《網絡競價成功確認書》，網絡拍賣競價結果如下：
標的物一：陳漢康持有的4495.0712萬股公司股票
用户姓名錢紫閣通過競買號Y8601於2020年9月11日，以最高應價競得本拍賣標的“陳漢康持有的康盛股份(證券代碼：002418)4495.0712萬股票”，拍賣成交價格為：人民幣8041萬元(大寫：人民幣捌仟零肆拾壹萬元整)。在網絡拍賣中競買成功的用户，必須依照標的物《競買須知》、《競買公告》要求，按時交付標的物網拍成交餘款、辦理相關手續。
標的物最終成交以浙江省杭州市中級人民法院出具拍賣成交裁定為準。
標的物二：浙江潤成持有的4523.6994萬股公司股票
用户姓名景寧初心商務諮詢有限公司，通過競買號E1888於2020年9月11日，以最高應價競得本拍賣標的“浙江潤成控股集團有限公司持有的康盛股份(證券代碼：002418)4523.6994股股票”，拍賣成交價格為：人民幣81,79萬元(大寫：人民幣捌仟壹佰柒拾玖萬元整)。在網絡拍賣中競買成功的用户，必須依照標的物《競買須知》、《競買公告》要求，按時交付標的物網拍成交餘款、辦理相關手續。
標的物最終成交以浙江省杭州市中級人民法院出具拍賣成交裁定為準。
本次拍賣前，陳漢康先生及其一致行動人浙江潤成合計持有公司股票2.41243309億股，佔公司總持股比例21.23%；待本次拍賣股份最終完成過户後，陳漢康持有公司的股份將減少4495.0712萬股，浙江潤成持有公司的股份將減少4523.6994萬股，合計將減少9018.7706萬股，浙江潤成及其一致行動人陳漢康合計所持有公司股份將減少至1.51055603億股，佔公司總股本比例減低至13.29%。
