大北農(002385.SZ)：擬投資年出欄20萬頭商品仔豬、50萬頭生豬等項目
格隆匯9月11日丨大北農(002385.SZ)公佈，公司第五屆董事會第七次會議審議通過了《關於投資太谷縣年出欄20萬頭商品仔豬暨種養循環生態農業項目的議案》、《雲南省硯山縣年出欄50萬頭生豬暨種養循環生態農業項目一期建設調整投資額的議案》、《關於控股子公司投資增加江西泰和縣存欄1萬頭母豬場暨生態循環養殖小區項目的議案》和《關於控股子公司投資江西銅鑼坪1萬頭母豬項目的議案》。
公司控股子公司河北大北農農牧食品有限公司(河北養豬平台公司)下屬子公司山西大北農農牧食品有限公司(“山西大北農”)擬在山西省晉中市太谷縣投資建設年出欄生豬20萬頭商品仔豬暨種養循環生態農業項目，該項目為一期項目工程，存欄10000頭的二元母豬場及相關配套設施。整個項目滿負荷生產後可實現年出欄生豬20萬頭。項目由山西大北農為建設實施主體。投資預算及構成：總投資約為約2.64億元。
公司控股子公司廣西大北農農牧食品有限公司(華南養豬平台公司)的全資子公司雲南昌農農牧食品有限公司(“雲南昌農”)於2017年9月10日與雲南省文山州硯山縣人民政府簽定《硯山縣年出欄50萬頭優質肉豬暨種養循環生態農業項目》投資協議，投資規模為存欄5000頭母豬場，投資額按行業標準預估為9750萬元(19500元/頭)。該項目於2017年4月27日經公司第四屆董事會第七次會議審議通過，詳見巨潮資訊網公告(公告編號：2017-056)。受行業形勢等因素影響，根據大北農集團生豬養殖戰略規劃及大北農華南養豬平台的規劃，擬調整投資規模為存欄5600頭母豬場，投資金額根據行業及相關設計預算為1.6億元，該項目實際投資預算額相對於前次投資預算額將增加6250萬元。該項目已於2019年12月25日正式開工建設。
公司的控股子公司武漢綠色巨農農牧股份有限公司(中南養豬平台公司)的全資子公司江西泰和綠色巨農農牧食品有限公司(“泰和巨農”)已在江西省吉安市泰和縣建設存欄1萬頭母豬場暨生態循環養殖小區項目(詳見巨潮資訊網公告，公告編號：2018-030)。根據大北農集團生豬養殖戰略規劃及大北農中南養豬平台的規劃，決定在原有1萬頭的基礎上再新增1萬頭母豬場的投資建設(二期)，建成後公司在泰和縣存欄母豬能力可達2萬頭。該二期項目建設投資額為1.623億元，在江西省吉安市泰和縣建設存欄10000頭母豬場及相關配套設施，年出欄生豬25萬頭。
江西泰和綠色巨農農牧食品有限公司(“泰和巨農”)是武漢綠色巨農農牧股份有限公司(中南養豬平台公司)的全資子公司。泰和巨農控股子公司江西銅鑼坪畜牧生態發展有限公司(“銅鑼坪畜牧”)擬投資建設1萬頭母豬項目，在永豐縣建設1個存欄10000頭的二元母豬場及相關配套設施。整個項目滿負荷生產後可實現年出欄生豬25萬頭。由銅鑼坪畜牧作為項目的實施主體。此次對外投資的資金來源於銅鑼坪畜牧自有資金及銀行貸款。該二期項目建設投資額為約1.62億元，在江西省吉安市永豐縣建設存欄10000頭母豬場及相關配套設施，年出欄生豬25萬頭。
