安徽建工(600502.SH):擬引進工銀投資對安徽水利增資並實施市場化債轉股
格隆匯9月11日丨安徽建工(600502.SH)公佈,公司所屬子公司安徽水利開發有限公司(以下簡稱“安徽水利”)擬引進投資者工銀金融資產投資有限公司(以下簡稱“工銀投資”)進行增資並實施市場化債轉股,增資金額5億元,用於償還安徽水利有息負債,全部由工銀投資出資。
此次增資後工銀投資持股比例由11.65%變更為16.75%。在5億元的增資款中,1.385億元計入安徽水利實收資本,3.615億元計入安徽水利資本公積。
