格隆匯9月11日丨欣旺達(300207.SZ)公佈,截至2020年9月11日,公司接到第二期員工持股計劃受託人陝西省國際信託股份有限公司的通知,“陝國投·欣旺達第2期員工持股集合資金信託計劃”已通過大宗交易方式買入公司股票1333.42萬股,佔公司總股本的0.85%,成交價格每股23.13元。
公司第二期員工持股計劃在完成公司股票購買後將再次公告,所購股票將鎖定12個月,股票解鎖後第二期員工持股計劃的存續期為12個月。
