格隆匯 9 月 9日丨天通股份(600330.SH)公佈,公司與關聯方東方天力分別投資持有的亞光科技股份將於2020年10月23日上市流通,公司八屆五次董事會審議通過了《關於減持其他上市公司股份暨關聯交易的議案》,同意授權公司管理層自公司持有的亞光科技股份上市流通之日(即2020年10月23日)起的六個月內通過集中競價、大宗交易、協議轉讓等方式,根據市場情況擇機減持公司所持有的亞光科技6948.9205萬股股份,佔其總股本的6.90%。
