深圳启动银行专项外债结汇试点 招行可自行融入外债资金并自行结汇
据《新华社》从中国人民银行深圳市中心支行获悉,深圳近日获国家外汇管理局批准,启动银行专项外债结汇试点,招商银行(03968.HK)(600036.SH)可自行融入外债资金并自行结汇,直接贷款给全国的实体企业,无需外汇局逐笔批准,目前试点金额60亿美元。
在国家外汇管理局深圳市分局的指导下,招商银行以「跨境债融通」产品,为5家境内企业完成首批试点业务项下境内贷款,金额合计2.4亿元人民币。
据悉,试点企业平均借贷成本较企业之前境内人民币贷款下降约50个基点,预计可为企业节约财务成本超100万元人民币。 (ta/u) ~
