東土科技(300353.SZ)：完成5800萬元回購國開基金所持東土軍悦30.17%股權
格隆匯 9 月 8日丨東土科技(300353.SZ)公佈，2016年6月，公司、子公司北京東土軍悦科技有限公司(以下簡稱“東土軍悦”)與國開發展基金有限公司(以下簡稱“國開基金”)簽訂《國開發展基金投資合同》，國開基金以人民幣4500萬元對東土軍悦增資，全部作為其實收資本。國開基金本次投資期限為自首筆增資款繳付完成日之日起不超過4年，在投資期限期滿後，國開基金按照人民幣5800萬元的回購價款有權選擇回購或市場化方式實現投資回收。同時，為保障東土科技履行支付義務，東土科技大股東李平無償以所持有的東土科技股票質押向國開發展基金提供質押擔保。
經過公司與國開基金友好協商，雙方同意公司以支付現金5800萬元回購國開基金持有的東土軍悦上述30.17%股權(對應認繳出資額4500萬元)。公司已按照約定向國開基金支付全部交易款項，東土軍悦已完成辦理工商核准變更登記，並於2020年9月8日取得了由北京市工商行政管理局石景山分局核准換髮的《營業執照》。
