远洋集团(03377.HK):已就分拆远洋服务到主板上市递交申请
远洋集团(03377.HK)公布,建议分拆公司附属公司远洋服务的股份在联交所主板独立上市,已就相关申请向联交所递交上市申请表格(A1表格)。
待建议分拆及上市完成後,公司预期将拥有远洋服务不少於50%权益,而远洋服务将仍然为公司的附属公司。
公司指,分拆集团主要从事提供物业管理服务、非业主增值服务及社区增值服务。分拆将有助於保留集团及分拆集团的股东获得更优厚的财务回报;并能够更加专注彼等各自业务的发展、战略规划及优化资源分配。
