润发货仓及鸿基货仓用地重建会於今日在城规会审理
规划署不反对长沙湾荔康街、发祥街及深旺道润发货仓及嘉里鸿基货仓用地重建住宅项目申请。而城规会於今日审理上述申请。
该地由新地(00016.HK)、嘉里(00683.HK)及华润持有,并在去年9月向城规会递交修订方案,额外增加507伙或16%至3,647伙,及减少物业座数至7幢,总楼面逾191.3万方尺,并会分两个地盘发展,地盘1拟建1幢不多於42层高住宅大楼,而地盘2拟建6幢不多於45层高住宅大楼,两地盘合共提供3,647伙。
发展商拟将荔发街关闭,发展为一条阔17米的园境行人通道,当中包括两旁设置商店,以及於两个地盘中间设计一条约7米阔、24小时开放予以公众使用的通道。
