Burger King澳洲推双层汉堡包 被麦当劳控告侵权
据《悉尼晨锋报》(The Sydney Morning Herald)报道,麦当劳(MCD.US)控告Burger King商标侵权,因後者在当地推出与麦当劳巨无霸类似的双层汉堡包Big Jack。
麦当劳在8月28日向澳洲联邦法院提交的文件中称,Burger King在澳洲的特许经营商在7月推出的Big Jack,与巨无霸非常相似,故意采用或模仿巨无霸的独特外观、成分及宣传标语。
