Tesla配股集资最多50亿美元 隔夜股价挫逾4%
据外电报道,Tesla(特斯拉)(TSLA.US)周一完成股份拆细後,宣布配股集资最多50亿美元,以缓解未来的债务压力。Tesla与包括高盛、美银及大摩在内的10间主要银行签订配售协议,将按Tesla的要求,在公开市场不定期出售Tesla的普通股。
Tesla表示,集资所得将用来加强资产负债表以及一般公司用途。目前Tesla正寻求大规模扩大产量,并在德国柏林及美国德州建立新厂房,同时还计划推出新车款。
隔夜Tesla股价受压,挫4.67%至475.05美元。
