MI能源(01555.HK)未经审核中期亏损扩至8.4亿人币 续停牌
MI能源(01555.HK)公布,未能如期於8月31日刊发2020年度中期业绩。
公司指,按未经审核综合管理账目,中期亏损为8.35亿元人民币(下同),而去年亏损为5.97亿元。
公司并已就於中国之不动产、工厂及设备以及无形资产账面值进行减值评估, 并已於中期期间确认非现金资产减值开支5.29亿元。
期内收入为2.9亿元,按年减少19.2%,主因油价下跌。不过上述数字未经公司核数师审阅或审核,故仍可作出调整。
公司股份继续停牌,直至公司符合复牌指引为止。
