格隆匯 8 月 30日丨三七互娛(002555.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入79.89億元，同比增長31.59%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤17億元，同比增長64.53%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤14.65億元，同比增長54.31%；基本每股收益0.80元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利3元(含税)。
手機遊戲發行與研發業務的增長是本期整體收入及利潤增長的主要驅動力。
(一)手機遊戲業務
報告期內，公司手機遊戲業務取得營業收入74.12億元，同比增長36.59%，毛利率保持穩定。公司的手機遊戲業務收入和研發投入均呈增長態勢，手機遊戲業務在國內和海外多地市場中保持領先地位。
(二)網頁遊戲業務
精細化運營助力營收穩健增長。報告期內，公司網頁遊戲業務取得營業收入5.65億元，毛利率同比增長2.75%。下半年，公司將持續推出新品。一方面，公司通過戰略投資及業務合作等方式與國內頂尖網頁遊戲研發團隊加強合作；另一方面，公司通過精細化運營精品遊戲，提高用户粘性，穩定產品生命週期，進一步穩定營收。
(三)文化產業佈局
公司以優質內容為戰略方向，在維持遊戲核心業務高速增長的同時，佈局文創行業其他高增長細分領域，深度挖掘5G雲遊戲、影視、動漫、音樂、VR/AR、文化健康產業、互聯網少兒教育、社交文娛等領域。
(四)IP戰略
打造精品內容，建立優質內容品牌是公司的長期發展目標。基於此，公司結合自身優勢，將通過內部孵化及外部獲取等方式持續挖掘優質IP，打造包括遊戲在內的精品文化產品。
圍繞IP戰略打造文化創意戰略體系。截止本報告出具日，公司儲備的IP覆蓋包括遊戲、動漫、文學、影視等不同的細分領域。同時，公司將逐步沉澱自有IP，利用自有IP創造更高價值。公司將繼續基於精品IP戰略打造文化創意戰略體系，滿足用户多元化的娛樂需求，深度挖掘IP在影視、音樂、動漫、VR、文化健康產業、互聯網少兒教育及社交文娛等領域的價值延伸空間。
