中國平安(02318.HK)爭取全年投資收益按年增長
中國平安(02318.HK)首席投資官陳德賢於業績記者會上表示,現時資產與負債之間缺口已收窄至4.3年,較早前的8年大幅收窄,償付能力亦維持於穩定水平,將致力維持全年投資收益較去年提升。
他指公司大部份投資於固定收益債券市場,現時十年期國債利率介乎3.1厘至3.5厘,料短期收益率曲線平穩,長期而言則會向上。至於股票投資,公司仍重點投資於低估值及高分紅的股份。另外公司亦有投資於基建及不動產等項目,例如養老公寓及新城鎮對保險公司於長期配置資產提供較多機會。
