長川科技(300604.SZ):擬設立北京、成都分公司
格隆匯 8 月 28日丨長川科技(300604.SZ)公佈,2020年8月27日,公司第二屆董事會第十八次會議審議通過《關於設立北京分公司及成都分公司的議案》,同意公司在北京市及成都市分別設立分公司。根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》及《公司章程》等相關規定,此次投資在董事會的權限範圍內,無需提交公司股東大會審議。
此次設立分公司是基於公司目前研發、應用工程開發、客户服務、銷售等團隊在客户比較集中的地區已逐步形成較大的團隊規模的現狀,確保業務持續健康發展而做出的決定。
