格隆匯 8 月 26日丨中國軟件國際(00354.HK)公告，截至2020年6月30日止6個月中期業績，收入60.59億元，同比增加9.4%；公司擁有人應占溢利4.01億元，同比增加10.7%；每股基本盈利16.22分；無派息。
縱身庚子年，新冠疫情來勢兇猛，迅速在全球蔓延，對全球經濟造成巨大沖擊。面對疫情的衝擊，公司快速響應、統籌安排、靈活調度，保障了員工身體健康安全，實現業務持續穩定發展，降低了疫情對公司帶來的影響。公司中期淨利增長逾10%，再創上市以來新高，成績來不易。公司的技術服務與解決方案業務穩中有進，雲智能業務高速發展，數字化轉型加速落地。公司連續兩年入選Gartner全球IT服務市場份額百強，彰顯中國IT服務龍頭企業的價值和擔當。
報告期內，公司雲智能業務加速發展。公司強化Digital-First數字化轉型諮詢服務，以企業數字化轉型諮詢、數據諮詢和創新諮詢為核心，提升公司整體解決方案價值。公司基於"上雲、管雲、雲原生"的定位，雲管理和專業服務取得高速增長，連續兩年穩居IDC中國雲管理服務市場TOP3。
公司發佈"CloudEasy"雲管理平台SaaS版，助力客户以最小代價獲得最大化的雲上服務管理能力；公司"一站式"互聯網雲經紀平台CloudBroker期內進行迭代升級，實現了面向中長尾客户的銷售、服務和管理的一體化和線上化；公司大力推行DevOps專家諮詢服務，助力政企客户構建數字化轉型的內生能力。公司的雲化解決方案業務在金融、政府、新零售、交通、教育等多個領域取得快速增長，助力行業數字化、智能化升級。報告期內，解放號已累計聚集46萬工程師，共入駐2.7萬家服務商，發包企業數量超6萬，累計發包額近人民幣64億元，已經完成3.2萬家企業精準畫像。
雲集業務升級推出"碼智採"全線上化、智能化的"互聯網+"政府採購服務，以及"碼智監"線上+線下全流程項目監理服務。期內雲集已覆蓋14個城市，已經全面抵達南京、西安、武漢、成都、濟南的政府預算單位。"Z計劃"初步實現人力外包業務互聯網化，通過"資源+工具+賦能"為企業提供人才全流程的服務。
雲上軟件園建設完成全部園區的線上平台，有效的支撐園區公共服務。公司以解放號生態為依託，與華為鯤鵬產業雲深度捆綁，助力鯤鵬產業雲落地、運營和模式創新，成功簽約重慶鯤鵬產業雲項目。
